School Incubator
– Future Founders @ Ostwald Gymnasium
AI Natives is cultivating the next generation of innovators through the Future Founders after-school program at Ostwald Gymnasium, launching in the 2026/27 school year. This incubator program is designed to build a talent pipeline of young AI-native thinkers, equipping students with the skills, mindset, and hands-on experience to become future founders.
In small, collaborative teams, students identify real-world challenges and develop AI-native solutions that are creative, ethical, and feasible. Guided by mentors from our startup community, participants learn to combine AI tools with critical thinking, problem-solving, and entrepreneurial skills — giving them a first glimpse into shaping the world with technology.
Key highlights:
Hands-on, project-based learning in AI and entrepreneurship
Mentorship from AI-native founders and industry experts
Exploration of real-world societal and technological challenges
Culminates in a public Youth AI Pitch Day, showcasing student projects to the school community and local partners
By introducing students early to AI as a collaborator — not just a tool — we empower them to become creators, innovators, and future-ready leaders.

At the heart of our program sits human-to-human collaboration.
In the weekly 2-hour intensive colloquium hosted by the incubator the class of 2026 focuses on the exchange of insights, testing assumptions, and future proofing each business model through guided iteration.

Foresight Sessions
Intensive Zukunftswerkstädte facilitated for each founder team every 4 weeks in the ideation phase using tools from foresight, design thinking and future science.
Helps the founders clarify long-term problem solving, market trajectories, and AI-native positioning.

One-on-one Mentoring

Shared workspace (“AI Basecamp”) equipped with internet, meeting zones, and prototyping resources in the heart of Plagwitz, Leipzig.
Daily check-ins and light-touch coaching for administrative, organizational, or team challenges.

We help facilitate pilot projects between founders and future-forwards regional actors and industry.
